Effective date: 21 October 2026
Yukkuri House is a local-first mobile game developed by Yumeno Labs. This policy explains what limited diagnostic and usage information the app collects, why, and how you can turn it off.
We use crash reports to find and fix defects, and usage analytics to understand which parts of the game work, where players get stuck, and which features are worth improving. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the game stable and improving it, and on your choices in Settings → Privacy. Where local law requires consent, we will ask for it before collecting the relevant data.
Sentry and PostHog process this data on our behalf in the United States. We use contractual safeguards for international transfers. Their processing is limited to providing crash monitoring and product analytics to us.
Crash data is retained for up to 90 days, or the shortest period available on our plan. Usage analytics is retained for the shortest period available on our plan. We review these settings before each release.
Open Settings → Privacy in the game to turn crash reports or usage analytics on or off. Usage analytics stops immediately. Crash-report changes apply after you restart the app. Historical data remains until the retention period expires. To request deletion, contact us at [email protected].
Yukkuri House is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date and provide notice in the app or store listing where appropriate.
